What you are buying, and what you are not.

1. You are buying advertising space, not a product.

A pixel claim is a one-time purchase of a small block of space on a single web page. You are paying to display an image, a title, and a link on MillionDollarPage.lol. You are not buying an asset, security, domain, NFT, membership, or any transferable right beyond the display right described here.

2. No refunds. All sales are final.

Once a claim is approved and published, the purchase is permanent and non-refundable. There are no refunds for buyer's remorse, unused space, changed plans, or any other reason. We do not store, process, or credit back payments after a claim is live.

The only exception is if your claim is rejected during moderation before it goes live. In that case, we will cancel the charge and the blocks will return to the canvas. A rejected claim does not entitle you to any compensation beyond reversal of the charge.

3. Nothing is guaranteed.

We do not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, uptime, search-engine ranking, or the continued existence of the site. The canvas is provided as-is. We may change the site, its layout, or how claims are displayed at any time without notice or compensation. We may take the site offline permanently or indefinitely.

4. Content rules and moderation.

All claims are reviewed before they go live. We may reject or remove any claim for any reason, including but not limited to: adult content, illegal activity, hate speech, scams, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, impersonation, or content that we simply do not want on the page. We have the final say on what is allowed.

If a live claim is later found to violate these rules, we may remove it without refund. Repeated abuse may result in a ban from future claims.

5. What "permanent" means.

"Permanent" means we intend to keep approved claims on the page for as long as the site operates. It does not mean forever in any legal or literal sense. We are not obligated to operate the site for any specific length of time, and we are not liable if the site, its data, or your claim becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Links and responsibility.

You are solely responsible for any link you attach to your claim. We are not responsible for the content, security, or availability of third-party websites. We may mark links as nofollow or remove them if they become harmful or dead.

7. Chargebacks and disputes.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after a claim has been approved and published may result in immediate removal of your claim without refund. If you have a problem, contact us first at the address below.

8. Changes to these terms.

These terms may change at any time. The current version always lives at this URL. Claims made before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
