Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We share only the information Stripe needs to complete the transaction. Publicly displayed data, such as your claim title, image, and link, is visible to anyone who visits the site.

We may also share information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our site and users.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how visitors use it. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may not work correctly.

We keep claim data, including artwork and email addresses, for as long as the site operates or as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If you want your claim removed, you may request removal, but approved live claims are permanent and we are not obligated to remove them.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
