Refunds & Cancellations
All approved placements are final.
All prices and refunds are in US dollars (USD). Charges appear on your statement from our payment processor, Stripe.
1. What you are purchasing
You are purchasing a one-time digital advertising placement on the public MillionDollarPage.lol pixel board. Each placement may contain one approved image and one outbound link. This is advertising space — not real estate, an investment, or a financial asset.
2. Before approval — full refund
We review every submission within 1 business day. If we reject your submission under our Content Guidelines, your region is released and your payment is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You may instead resubmit compliant artwork at no extra cost.
3. After approval — no refunds
Once your placement is approved and visible on the board, the sale is final and non-refundable. This includes buyer's remorse, a change of plans, a change to your own website or link, dissatisfaction with traffic or clicks, or the price of the placement changing later. Digital fulfillment is complete at the moment your placement becomes visible.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel before payment simply by closing checkout — unpaid reservations expire automatically and the region returns to the board. After payment, you may request cancellation only while your submission is still in review, by emailing hello@milliondollarpage.lol from the email used at checkout. There is nothing to cancel after approval: this is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and you are never billed again.
5. Removal without refund
If a live placement's linked page later becomes violating, malicious, or is required to be removed by a rights-holder or authority, we may remove the placement without refund, as described in our Terms of Service.
6. Duplicate or erroneous charges
Duplicate charges, failed uploads, or charges without a corresponding placement are always refunded in full. Email hello@milliondollarpage.lol and we respond within 1 business day.
